My group retreats are an invitation to return to the natural rhythm of the body — to slow down, listen, and live in relationship with the living world.

These immersions honor nature, animals, and place as active participants in the healing process. Movement, rest, silence, sound, and joy are all part of wellness here.

Retreats are offered in environments that feel protected, alive, and respected — where human presence is guided by care, humility, and reciprocity rather than consumption.
