Aqua-Vie
This gentle yet deep form of body therapy is performed in the luxury of warm salt-water (body temperature.) It combines elements of massage, joint mobilisation, muscle stretching and acupressure. The receiver is continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched. The deeply relaxing effects of warm water and nurturing support, combine with Aqua-Vie's movements, stretches, massage and point work, to create a bodywork with a range of therapeutic benefits and profound healing on many levels.
Now that she has worked with 1000s of people in the water, she realizes that so much of the therapy is about returning to your sacred source. Aqua-Vie allows us to access the subliminal through sensory deprivation to release deep stress, pain and old patterns that we no longer need. It is the ultimate expression of universal love and compassion as the undulating movements gently open the body, mind and soul and the fragments of ourselves reunite.

Tui Na
This ancient technique uses rhythmic compression along energy channels of the body, as well as a variety of techniques that manipulate and lubricate the joints. It affects the flow of energy by holding and pressing the body at acupressure points. It is designed to prevent problems and also to correct specific problems such as chronic pain. It improves physical, emotional and mental health by keeping the body's energy balanced.
Thai Massage
In this unique healing system invented by the Buddha and his physician based on loving compassion, the client is guided through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Fantastic for pregnancy, but not recommended for those with bone fragility.
Dynamic Osteo
This bodywork seeks to restore the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal system. Specifically, it places particular importance to the bone (placement, structure, organization) and to the muscle synergy. This awareness allows the bones to return to their proper alignment, their muscle function and skin flexibility.
Jodie incorporates dynamic osteo in each massage session and is especially helpful for joint mobilisation
Bioresonance
Bioresonance is a non-invasive therapy that operates on the principle that every cell in our body emits electromagnetic waves. Jodie's favourite special project that she worked on was at Cedar's Breast Clinic where she worked as the relaxation therapist. There, she accompanied 1000's of women receiving treatments and recovering from breast cancer and they hold a special place in her heart. Ear Candling
Ear candling, also known as thermal-auricular therapy, is a traditional practice that involves placing a hollow, cone-shaped candle made of fabric coated in beeswax or paraffin into the ear canal. The candle is then lit, and the heat generated creates a mild suction effect, which is believed to draw out excess earwax and impurities. Ear candling can alleviate various ear-related conditions, such as earwax buildup, sinus congestion, and tinnitus in a gentle manner.
