Find your imbalances through a Chinese medecine assessment and discover which foods are best for your constitution and those you should avoid. Remove tensions with a yoga class designed for your particular needs, filmed so you can continue practising at home. Jodie will then give you a wonderful massage to work out those persistent aches and pains. She will also create a theta healing meditation so you can breakthrough mental patterns that have been holding you back, recorded so you can listen everyday.
